Hot News: Mariah Carey Is Pregnant: Sources close to Mariah Carey  and Nick Cannon have confirmed that Mariah is in fact pregnant. No official announcement has been made by the couple. A few days ago, Mariah thanked fans for their "well wishes" on Twitter, adding "When the time is right, everyone will know." For his part Nick is playing cryptic, saying in a magazine interview "I think 'superstitious' is the wrong word... I think it's more a spiritual thing. She wants to keep as much privacy as she possibly can."

The sources are saying that Mariah is already four months pregnant, which puts her past what Nick calls the "certain time limit you're supposed to wait before you can actually officially say that you are [pregnant] and all that stuff."

Nick also spoke about the possibility of having multiple kids at once, saying "Yeah! Octomom it! Have nine at once. Whatever type of life God blesses you with, you have to take it and appreciate it from there… I always see every day you wake up as a blessing. And everything else is icing. To have the success or the luxuries — automobiles, nice clothing — that's stuff I never even fathomed. I grew up in a household where a good meal is what we really appreciated. For my life to be where it is now, I'm so grateful that even if it was taken away, I would be just as happy that I got the chance to experience it."
