Rumors began to fly when Mariah Carey dropped out of Tyler Perry’s latest film, For Colored Girls Who Considered Suicide When The Rainbow Was Enuf.

But her husband took to the airways to clear things up. America’s Got Talent host Nick Cannon took the opportunity to clear up the rumor at the E! Studios.

Time will only tell if in fact the dog actually is pregnant, but according to PEOPLE, Mariah Carey spoke to Barbara Walters on her Sirius XM Radio talk show about her desire to want to become.
